These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on this website.

Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by Gelato.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Free shipping is available when the amount paid covers the shipping costs.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and production.

Returns & Refunds

Each shirt is custom made for the customer.

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Returns or refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or other customer preferences cannot be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly produced, please contact ipaidxforthisshirt@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. Every case will be reviewed individually and an appropriate solution will be provided.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of my products or this website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
